Lessons From Teaching Fractal Bootcamp

Some simple lessons I’ve learned from teaching Fractal Bootcamp so far:

  1. The children crave rigor.
  2. Lectures are a waste of time
  3. Humans learn via Culture, not Curriculum.
  4. There’s a virtuous cycle between creating and posting
  5. fear is, in fact, the mindkiller
  6. Students want real-world experiences & real-world impact

fear causes caution, which causes slowness; instead, quickly do the wrong thing and then ask why it’s wrong.
